Dims Required: Diameter, Perimeter, Actual

or slant height.

Draw the working drawing (end view)

Divide the circle into equal parts and label. Also

label square dimensions

Connect circle divisions to square connectors.

Draw the true length triangle & develop the true

lengths

Use the dimensions from the working drawing and

true length triangle to triangulate the

stretch out, start with a center line.

Add flares and laps as required. Cut out and

assemble.
