Equal Laterals

Dims Required: OD of pipe (Ins. Included)

Working Drawing

1. Draw the working drawing. Draw center lines,

add OD of pipe and scribe arcs on all

ends. Divide arcs equally and project

lines into drawing and connect.

Tee Portion

1. Cut a piece of metal equal to the OC + LAP and

÷ into same number of parts as the

working drawing and label.

2. Transfer dimensions from the working drawing

to the stretch out.

Body Portion

1. Cut a piece of metal equal to the OC + LAP ÷

into same number of equal portions as

the tee portion. Number according to

LAP location.

2. Transfer points from body portion of the

working drawing. #5 goes on line #3, #6

on #2, #7 on #1.

3. Take all dims from one side of the working

drawing.
