Another Method for

Unequal Tees Stem

Portion

Information Required: Half circumference

of small diameter insulation pattern for

large diameter equal tee.

Step 1: Cut jacketing material for half

circumference of the stem portion (small

diameter) of the fitting.

Step 2: Divide this half circumference into

four equal parts.

Step 3: Using the pattern for the large

diameter equal tee. Place the pattern on

the jacketing material as shown in figure 2.

Step 4: The previous steps creating half the

fitting. For the other half add laps.
