Extruded Foam Elbows

On a square corner of the material (90°) . Scribe

an arc representing the mean radius of

the elbow.

Subtract 1/2 the OD of the pipe (including wall

thickness) from the mean radius then

mark R1

Add 1/2 the OC Insulation included to R1 then put

1 tip of the divider on the apex and

scribe R2

Cut out and use as a pattern.

Note: A chart may be used to get the dimensions

required to layout an elbow.
