Eccentric Reducers

Dims Required: Large OD, Small OD, Actual

or Slant Height

Draw the working drawing (end view)

Divide both arcs into equally spaced parts and

label.

Draw your true length triangle and develop your

true lengths

Develop the stretch-out start with a center line,

transfer the actual height , triangulate

the reducer using dimensions on the

working drawing and the true length

triangle.

Connect points using a ruler, add flares and laps if

needed, cut out and fabricate.
