Mark pipe radius on both legs.

Mark Insulation radius on both legs.

Connect matching radii. Extend line

for insulation radii, outward to

allow for crimp.

Set dividers from insulation thickness ->

crimp allowance. Then scribe a

circle.

Repeat for insulation radii. Then pip radii—

using same center point for all 3

circles.

Cut out and fabricate removing less than

1/4 for closure when applying
