Enlarging or Reducing a Pattern Example: To increase the size of this pattern to three times the original size; The corner 1-2-3 is a right angle and the corner, also a right angle and can therefore be made three times as large (in this case).
Draw construction lines from any arbitrary point 0 to the edge of the original pattern and add two more times outside the original.
This action increases the pattern size to three times the original.
Other enlarging or reducing to scale can be done the same way.
