Procedure
- Step 1
Place a piece of cardboard behind the pipe and draw a section of the curve
- Step 2
Mark any three points along the arc and label them A, B & C. Draw lines from A to B and from B to C
- Step 3
Bisect the A and B line by swinging arcs from both Points A and B. Do the same for the B & C line
- Step 4
Extend lines down through the inter-sectors to form an Apex. From this Apex point to the arc of the pipe will be the radius of the curve. Figure 1 Geometric Method Chord: C L R: -- 1 A line betwet Center points on an arc. Line Radius Algebraic Method
